- If you choose a refund, we will process it within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges:
- You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or style.
- If the new item costs more, you will be charged the price difference.
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Place the item in its original packaging or a secure box.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Exceptions

- Personalized Items:
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
