Returns and Exchanges

1. Eligibility:
   • You may request a return or exchange within 3-4 weeks from the date of receiving your order.
   • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
2. Return Fees:
   • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refunds:
   • If you choose a refund, we will process it within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges:
   • You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or style.
   • If the new item costs more, you will be charged the price difference.
   • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us:
   • Send us a WhatsApp or Instagram message via the customer support button at the right side of your screen with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
   • We will guide you through the process.
2. Packaging:
   • Place the item in its original packaging or a secure box.
   • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
3. Shipping:
   • Ship the package to the following address:you will be provided shipping address when you reach out to us for filing the refund process
4. Confirmation:
   • Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you via whatsapp or Instagram DM.
   • Refunds will be processed promptly.

Exceptions

1. Final Sale Items:
   • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
   • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
   • We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Personalized Items:
   • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
